More likely to appeal to nostalgic male twentysomethingers who lived through the original craze than anyone else, this big screen live action Transformers movie by the director of Bad Boys, The Island and Armageddon might also wind up creating a new generation of tie-in toy-buying small boys. Unlikely to appeal to anyone else though, especially anyone of the opposite gender . . .
