It won all kinds of critics prizes, but perhaps not as many as it deserved. However, the fact remains that the screenplay for the unlikely Jim Carrey / Kate Winslet vehicle Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless by the idiosyncratic Charlie Kaufman (of Being John Malkovich fame) is both weird and affecting . . . and this draft is even sci-fi-y than the finished film.
