THEY SAY

2010 and
Capricorn One fame.
In the original movie Luc Devereaux (Van Damme) and
Andrew Scott (Lundgren), both killed in Vietnam, are brought back to life
by the U.S. military as near-perfect soldiers. According to Fantastique
magazine in this sequel a deranged Chechen nationalist named Basayev has
taken control of Chernobyl, site of the infamous nuclear disaster, and
threatens to release radioactive clouds unless his blackmail demands are
met.
Devereaux joins a group of re-animated soldiers held in
a secret army installation. Their mission: to take back Chernobyl and
disarm the explosives set to release the radioactive clouds. Devereaux is
however surprised to find that one of the soldiers is a clone of his
former sergeant, Andrew Scott, who has no recollection of him. The two
soldiers are however captured by Basayev’s troops and using mind control
technology Basayev turns the two soldiers against each other. Wounded and
isolated Devereaux must fight Andrew to save the world from cataclysmic
ruin . . .
